Terms & Conditions

Please read the terms & conditions below, before you book. The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years of age at the time of the booking.

If you book with us, we will assume that you accept these terms on behalf of all members.

In making the booking, you acknowledge that you have read & accepted these terms & conditions and agree to abide to the house rules.

Contract

•The contract is binding between the property owners, the nominated party leader and all adult members of the party.

•The contract is for the hire of the property only. Travel, Insurances etc is the responsibility of the members of the party.

Payments

•A 25% deposit (£150 minimum) is payable per week for the proposed holiday period, and this secures the agreed booking period.

•The deposit will be returned within two weeks of check out, once the property has been checked for damage and the inventory has been checked and nothing is missing.

•In addition to the deposit, the full payment (100%) is to be paid to be paid no later than 60 days prior to the first day of the property hire.

Cancellations

•Cancellations are to be submitted in writing.

•You may cancel your booking at anytime; no refund will be made for any payments already made. We strongly advise you take out travel insurance to cover any loss arising from involuntary cancellation.

Check-in/ out

•Access to the villa is from 4pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11am on departure day, unless previously arranged with owner.

House Rules

•Pets are not allowed in the property.

•No smoking is allowed in the property. Smoking is allowed outside, but waste must be disposed of responsibly.

•The number of guests must not exceed the numbers agreed to. If the owners or agents find that more people are staying than agreed to, they will consider it a breach of contract and the holiday makers will be asked to leave without refund and the holiday makers will forfeit their deposit.

•The villa must be left in a clean state. All crockery must be washed up & put away. Any excessive villa cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit. Bookings with more than six guests will incur an additional cleaning charge of £75.00 per week.

•All rubbish bins must be emptied into the Villa’s external bins- additional cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit.

•If the BBQ is not cleaned properly there will be a £50 charge for additional cleaning.

•The holiday maker is responsible for all the damage or loss of contents during occupation and responsible for paying appropriate compensation to the property owners. Where holidaymakers abuse holiday property they will be responsible for making full restitution for damage caused.

Property

•Whilst we have taken every care to provide an accurate description of the property, we may make alterations from time to time. The holidaymaker must accept that no refunds will be made for such discrepancies.

•It is up to the holidaymaker to make any problems known to the owners or the owner’s agent immediately, so the owners have a chance to address the situation. Unless issues are reported immediately, no claim will be accepted. We will do our best to rectify the problems as soon as is reasonably possible.

•The property owner will endeavour to ensure that the stated property is available for the dates contracted. In event of fire or flood damage, which renders the property unavailable, the holidaymaker is entitled to a full refund.

Liability

•The property owners accept no liability for any loss, personal injury/ illness or death, regardless of the circumstances.
